Dominion Synopses

Episodes are numbered 1-4 for the original, 1989 series, and 5-10 for the 1992 series. (As the Manga Video releases are numbered.) Apologies for where I've got the Puma Sisters mixed up. There's no way I've found out yet of telling them apart!

Episode 1

Buaku and the Puma sisters are in the back of a speeding ambulance. The Puma sisters are disguised as nurses and are bandaging Buaku's arm, and are less than convinced that his rather silly plan is going to work.

Meanwhile, at Tank Police HQ, Specs and Mohican are interrogating a suspect, whilst Britain is sat on his tank reading a book entitled 'How to kill.' Specs is practicing his golf technique by putting a hand grenade into a bucket using a rifle. The bucket is attached by a string to a second grenade which is stuffed into the suspects mouth. Specs offers Al a chance to have a go. Al's swing is interrupted by the door being opened, and he swipes wildly hitting the new arrival full in the face. Leona, at the door, is not amused. She throws the grenade away, upsetting the bucket, which pulls the pin out of the grenade in the suspect's mouth...

Buaku and the Pumas arrive at the hospital. The Puma sisters brush the security guard out of their way, and stretcher Buaku inside. After an X ray reveals that Buaku is concealing a machine gun beneath the bandages, he drops his cover and starts shooting everything in sight. After stealing some small globes containing liquid, they make their escape only to run into a SWAT team on the way out. The Puma sisters provide a diversion, whilst Buaku escapes. They race away in the ambulance again.

Britain takes Leona and Al out on patrol. He's fairly impressed with the way that the suspect confessed after Leona's escapade with the grenade, but Al is not so sure that it's the right way to work. Suddenly the tank is rammed from behind by the ambulance containing Buaku and the Pumas. Britain is mad that his tank has been damaged, and jumps out of the tank to complain. Buaku knocks him out and the ambulance races away.

Al orders Leona to chase after them in the tank. Leona isn't too confident with the controls, as she's only ever driven motorcycles before. Britain recovers, and hijacks a SWAT vehicle to chase after them. After much collateral damage, Leona crashes the tank into a building, Britain is stricken with grief for his beloved tank, and Buaku escapes. However, with one last shot, Leona manages to take out the ambulance.

The mayor is unhappy and complains loudly to the Chief of the Tank Police. The Chief is unhappy and complains even more loudly to Britain. Britain is even less happy and completely blows his top at Leona. Leona vents her frustration back at Britain, and he has to be restrained by the rest of the Tank Police.

Britain's bad day continues, as he displays his profound lack of scientific knowledge, interviewing the doctor who was at the hospital when Buaku's gang attacked. Specs however realises what was going on, and explains it to him, when they get back to HQ.

Leona is not entirely thrilled with her day either, and is sitting outside, without a mask, when Chaplain comes up to her with a suggestion that might make her find a useful role in the Tank Police after all. His idea is to build a new tank, that will be smaller and more mobile than the huge heavy tanks, and more suited to her. Britain is unimpressed, and threatens to transfer her to the child welfare department.

Episode 2

Buaku and the Puma sisters report back to their boss. Buaku suggests that they need some better equipment if they're going to take on the Tank Police and come away with more than their skin intact. The boss reluctantly agrees, and says that he'll see what he can do.

At Tank Police HQ, Al and Leona re busy putting the finishing touches to the new tank, Bonaparte. The tank is a midget, only being about three metres long with a small turret up front, and only room for two crew.

Buaku and the Puma sisters pick up their new tanks. They look like WWI veterans but are well disguised battle tanks that are superior to those used by the Tank Police. They are also equipped with the 'ultimate deterrent.' Now properly equipped, Buaku launches a daring attack on Tank Police HQ. Britain is livid, and sends out every tank he has available after them. After a long chase and much collateral damage, Buaku employs the 'ultimate deterrent' and disables all of the tanks.

In the last remaining operational Tank, Specs is getting set to defend the hospital against Buaku and the gang. He is surrounded by them, and outgunned so he elects to drive his tank inside the hospital, Buaku follows suit and the hospital is destroyed from the inside in a major firefight.

The Chief receives news of Britain's defeat, and sends Al and Leona out in the newly built Bonaparte. They soon catch up with Britain, and he offers to withdraw the transfer request he put in for Leona, in exchange for a lift to the hospital, so he can catch up with Buaku.

Specs is chased out of the burning wreck of the hospital, and his tank is destroyed by Buaku. The crew scramble for safety. The Puma sisters, safely recover the urine samples, and the only thing that can stop them is now Bonaparte. After a long chase, Bonaparte destroys Buaku's tank, but is buried under rubble by the Puma sisters' tank. Buaku and the Pumas escape.

Buaku collects his loot from the boss, only to be caught red-handed as Britain and Leona burst in. It seemed as though Bonaparte was rather more solidly constructed than everyone thought. Just as Britain is about to congratulate Leona on a job well done, one of the Pumas sneezes and Leona fires. (Well, she was only following orders.)

The mayor is even less happy than usual, and takes it out on the entire Tank Police staff. However, Leona has had enough, and shoots at the huge pile of complaints, sending them floating out of the window. Britain and the Chief agree that she's got some 'potential.'

Episode 3

A painting, 'Innocent,' is sold at auction for 900 million yen. (Roughly 7 million pounds sterling, at the moment.) The painting bears quite a resemblance to Buaku, but is for some unknown reason considered a masterpiece.

Buaku and the Pumas are in a rowboat in the sewers under Newport City. Buaku tries to explain to them about the reasons for his latest plan, but doesn't get much sympathy. Basically, they're going to steal 'Innocent' from the auctioneer's warehouse.

In the Tank Police HQ, Leona and Chaplain are performing another interrogation. The suspect is tied to a spinning wheel, and Leona asks him questions whilst the rest of the Tank Police throw knives at him. He also has a live grenade in his mouth. Leona (wearing a bunny suit) is offered a knife and throws it rather close to the suspect's groin, causing him to yell in fright sending the grenade spinning through the air. Everyone dives for cover.

Upstairs, the Chief has just spent a long day working through all the damage claims, and is annoyed that they have been upset by the explosion. He yells 'Britain!' Britain emerges from a pile of damage claims and says that it wasn't him. Both of them yell 'It must have been Leona Ozaki!'

Leona is horrified to see that the grenade has exploded next to Bonaparte, and her beloved tank has picked up a scratch. Al offers to repaint the tank in exchange for a date.

Inside the auctioneer's warehouse, the Pumas have located the painting, and are busy practicing their ham acting. Buaku is overjoyed to get the painting, but is stabbed by a Red Commando (a private army hired to protect the painting) whilst trying to escape. A major firefight ensues between the Pumas and the Red Commandos.

The Tank Police are scrambled to go to the scene of the crime. Britain seems happy to sit it out outside and wait for the firefight to die down before he goes in. In any case, it gives him a chance to finish his lunch. In the meantime, he sends Al and Leona in for a recce in Bonaparte.

Al and Leona crash in through the side of the building and destroy most of the valuable works of art that haven't already been crushed. They chance across Buaku and almost catch him. However, they are disturbed by the fight between the Red Commandos and the Pumas.

Buaku captures Leona with his BioBall (a very nasty device that attaches itself around the neck and slowly throttles if any attempt to struggle is made.) Al passes out, and the Tank Police charge into the building, which is demolished in the process.

Al slowly comes to, and discovers that Buaku and the Pumas escaped with the painting and Leona as a hostage. A Red Commando arrives at Tank Police HQ looking for the painting but is chased away by Britain.

Buaku and Leona are in a rowboat in the sewers. Buaku offers to do a deal with Leona. If she helps him escape with the painting, he'll supply the antidote for the BioBall. Leona refuses, but rescues him when he falls out of the boat.

Buaku has a flashback, about how he was genetically engineered as part of a project called Greenpeace. It is also explained how the painting is the only surviving link to this part of his past.

The rowboat gets sucked into a giant turbine, and Buaku is about to follow it, but Leona saves him again. Just as the episode ends, Leona begins to lose her grip and get sucked in herself...

Episode 4

Luckily for Leona, the turbine stops, and she and Buaku manage to escape. They are then attacked by the Red Commandos, but manage to escape in the confusion when Britain and the Tank Police arrive. The leader of the Red Commandos threatens to destroy the Tank Police if they interfere again. Britain says that they'll be ready and waiting for them.

Leona and Buaku climb out of the sewers via a manhole and take cover. Buaku has another flashback, in which we see how the lab in which he was created was destroyed, and his fall into a life of crime.

The Red Commandos catch up with Buaku and Leona. However, Unipuma is around in a combat suit, backed up with several goons with artillery. (That's real artillery, not handguns!) The Tank Police arrive shortly, and there is a standoff. Leona sneezes and all hell breaks loose. Several tanks are destroyed as are the Red Commandos helicopters. Buaku and Leona flee on a motorbike in the confusion.

The Red Commandos chase after Leona and Buaku in their helicopters, Britain sends Al after them in Bonaparte. Al manages to take out both the helicopters, but loses track of the motorbike.

Leona tries to drive the bike to Buaku's rendezvous point, but the choking of the BioBall around her neck makes her pass out. The bike skids and they are both thrown clear. As Leona comes to, she notices her surroundings are familiar. They're just outside Tank Police HQ. The Chief arrives and congratulates her for arresting Buaku, and threatens to throw him into the cells. However, Anna and some more of Buaku's goons arrive, and rescue him.

As they are walking away, Buaku makes Anna give Leona the BioBall antidote. Even though Leona didn't do a deal with him, he's still glad for the number of times she saved his life, and wants to repay her. Anna isn't entirely convinced, but eventually gives in.

Suddnly, a Red Commando arrives, and snatches the painting from Buaku's grasp. He's had enough of chasing after the painting, and is prepared to let it go, but Anna isn't. She 'borrows' a heavy artillery tank from the Tank Police and shoots down the Red Commando helicopter, destroying the painting for good.

After all his flashbacks, Buaku revisits the site of the lab in which he was created. The Pumas find it all a bit spooky, but he discovers Greenpeace lying dormant in a pod. (For the rest of the Greenpeace story, you'll have to read the manga, as it's not covered in the anime.)

A triumphant Britain leads the Tank Police home, with the captured Red Commandos chained up between two columns of tanks. Al is pleased to see that Leona has survived. Leona is pleased to see that Bonaparte has survived. Al is a bit miffed.

Episode 5

The Chief of the Tank Police, and the mayor are amongst mourners at a funeral procession. Suddenly a speeding motorbike appears with Bonaparte in hot pursuit behind it. Leona offers the biker a chance to surrender, and then opens fire. The bike is hit and goes spinning away into the crowd.

Leona offers the biker another chance to surrender, but he runs away into a nearby building. Leona is not fazed and tells Al to drive Bonaparte into the building after him. The biker takes a hostage and threatens to shoot him. Leona says he can go ahead, they'll just be a bit more violent in arresting him if he shoots a hostage. She rapidly counts down from ten, and shoots him several times with her machine gun.

She then closes the hatch and fires Bonapartes main gun at him. Al then drives the tank back up into the street demolishing the building in the process. The mayor gives the Chief a very frosty stare. He can only give her a resigned look back.

The Chief gives Leona a roasting for her excessive violence in the arrest. She argues back, explaining that it's only because of the Tank Police's efforts that the city isn't being held to ransom by terrorists every half an hour. A shadowy figure on the sidelines, Hagashinada, steps in and suggests that with superior tanks, the police might be more effective. The mayor gives orders that the Tank Police are grounded except in extreme emergency.

In the garage, Specs is looking for some armour piercing shells that have mysteriously vanished. Leona quickly hides them in Bonaparte's turret. Hagashinada wanders around annoying people, especially Leona. Al explains that Hagashinada is a tank ace who has been sent round as a troubleshooter.

Meanwhile a police SWAT team is being blown to bits by some rather well armed criminals. Britain orders the Tank Police to mobilize despite the Chiefs objection, and starts revving his engine to drown out the complaints.

The over equipped criminals and the SWAT team are attacked by the Ratula. A spider like mini tank. (Superbly animated too.) Britain loses contact with the SWAT team, and goes after the Ratula. Two of the tanks are destroyed in the ensuing firefight.

Leona spots the Ratula while it's climing along a monorail track, and tries to fire at it with Bonaparte's vulcan cannon, but with little effect. They lose track of it when Al stops to avoid running over some innocent bystanders.

Britain catches the Ratula, but is surprised by the firepower of the small tank and is only rescued by Leona's chance arrival. Britain's tank is damaged, and can't move quickly, so Leona and Al go after the Ratula with Bonaparte.

Bonaparte manages to corner the ratula in an office building, but is severely outgunned by its laser cannon. Al solves this problem by setting the sprinkler system off. They chase the Ratula up a lift shaft, and damage it badly.

The Ratula waits for Bonaparte to emerge from the lift shaft, but Leona sends a cleaning trolley up in it's place, and ambushes the Ratula from behind, finally destroying it with one of her stolen armour-piercing shells. She is surprised to find Hagashinada is the pilot of the Ratula, and it emerges that he was the designer of the minitank and wanted it to be used by the Tank Police, but had run into too much bureaucracy and corruption when he tried to get it's design approved.

Episode 6

The Puma sisters are sheltering from a thunderstorm in a car park. They are disturbed by screams from nearby. A man is (rather melodramatically) killing a young woman.

Back at Tank Police HQ, Specs and the Chief are the only ones in the office. All seems quiet, but the Chief is worried. It seems that the rest of the Tank Police are out policing a protest march... calling for the disbanding of the Tank Police. The Chief is disappointed to see, distant explosions.

Later, the Chief gives Leona a roasting. It seems that the crowd were throwing tin cans at Bonaparte and, in order to protect the paintwork, Leona opened fire. Leona flies into a rage, and has to be restrained by Britain and Al.

Leona, still sulking, overhears a conversation in which the death of the woman in the first scene is discussed. It seems that she was Sharon, a biker cop, who worked with Leona when she was in the motorcycle police. Leona goes to the morgue to see the body.

Leona has another argument with the Chief, and tenders her resignation, when he refuses to let her go after Sharon's murderer.

Whilst spending a few last quiet moments with Bonaparte, Leona reminisces about when she and Sharon chased and caught a runaway garbage truck. Al offers her a shoulder to cry on, whilst the rest of the Tank Police watch from a safe distance.

The Chief makes a phone call to the Mayor. It seems as though Leona's resignation might be just part of a bigger plan. The Mayor makes moves to check up on the Dai Nippon Giken corporation.

Leona chases after the Pumas on foot. She loses them, and phones Al. He tells her that it was the Pumas who reported Sharon's murder. Leona gets mad and chases after them again. After cornering them, they deny that it was their fault, and claim to be dutiful citizens. (This is a bit of a turnaround from them smashing up the entire city in the first four episodes.)

Later, Al tells Leona that the Dai Nippon Giken corporation is suspected to be involved in Sharon's death. As Leona approaches their building, she is hired by Mueller, who has checked up on her records, and assumes that she is after Sharon's killers alone.

However, Britain is trailing her. He gets disturbed, by an old lady, and loses track of her. However, the puma sisters follow her and Mueller into a building site. She is subjected to an 'interview' and tied to a chair to await brainwashing.

A frustrated Britain phones the Chief and receives another roasting for his pains. However, at the same time, Specs gets a phone call from the Pumas giving the Tank Police the information on Leona's whereabouts.

Just as Mueller is applying the finishing touches to the brainwashing machine, Al arrives in Bonaparte. Mueller sets the machine on automatic and makes a run for it. Al tries, in vain, to stop it and Leona is only saved by Britain bursting in and pumping bullets into the machine.

Mueller attempts to make his getaway, but crashes straight into Specs' tank. His car is then sandwiched between two tanks, and he tries to escape on foot. Specs shoots him with the tank gun, but is surprised to see that Mueller is still alive. In fact he's a cyborg, however Britain manages to capture him by doing his Dirty Harry impression. Leona arrives and indulges in some police brutality whilst the Pumas look on from afar.

Episode 7

Everyone is rushing around at the Police HQ. Specs and Britain are a bit more relaxed, and are talking about a bust they're planning at the harbour. Meanwhile, Leona and Al have taken Bonaparte out for a spin, after a minor refit.

They are chasing a truck along the highway, and eventually force it to stop. Leona finds a huge cache of arms in the back and arrests everyone. They are interrupted when a monster truck appears and drives over the smuggler's truck and destroys it, along with Leona's evidence.

The frantic activity at HQ continues. Even the rookie cops are being drafted in. Britain and Specs enter the office, in search of information about what's going on, but find the place deserted

Back on the highway, the monster truck is smashing its way through the traffic. Leona and Al give chase in Bonaparte, but the truck is getting away. Leona tries to shoot it with the tank's main gun, but it seems to dodge their shots. The truck suddenly brakes sharply and Bonaparte slams into the back of it, getting damaged in the process.

Al calls Britain and asks for backup. Leona grabs the radio, and shouts incoherently into it. The radio finally gives up.

The Cheif tells Britain that he's grounded. The truck is loaded full of Dimerium-223, a dangerous explosive, and he's afraid to let the Tank Police go after it, as it could well be a suicide mission. However, the truck is headed right for the centre of Newport City, and everyone else on the force is helping with a massive evacuation plan.

Specs runs a few checks, and finds that someone has hacked into the truck's guidance system, and it's being run on autopilot.

Britain can stand being kept away from the trouble, and fears that Leona and Al may be in danger. He locks the Chief in the broom cupboard and leads the Tank Police out, to meet up with the police setting up a roadblock.

Meanwhile, the mayor is at the headquarters of the Dai Nippon Giken corporation, leading a team of programmers, in an effort to hack into the truck's control system, and regain control of it. Everytime they remove one level of protection, another appears in it's place though.

The police set up a road block outside the entrance to a tunnel leading into the city. Britain arrives in his tank, and wonders why the hackers haven't made any ransom demands. Back at HQ, the Chief finally escapes from the broom cupboard.

Al fixes Bonaparte's radio, and gets an update on the situation from Britain. Leona promptly orders him to drive the tank across country, in a short cut to the tunnel entrance.

The Chief arrives at the roadblock. Britain ducks down into his tank to hide, but pops up again, when asked for a status report. Since the attempts to stop the truck by regaining control of it's autopilot aren't going very well, the Mayor orders the evacuation to be stepped up.

The truck arrives and smashes through the roadblock. Again, it seems to dodge bullets aimed at it's tyres. Britain sits in the turret of his tank, unable to act, as his tank's main gun could easily set off the explosives in the truck. The Mayor asks the Cheif to blow up the truck in the tunnel. The Cheif is reluctant, as it would be a suicide mission. He is interrupted as Bonaparte races into the tunnel behind him.

Britain radios Leona and orders her to get back. The Cheif grabs the radio from Britain, and tells her to try to get on board. It seems that the last level of protection has been removed from the trucks autopilot system, and it could now be manually controlled.

Leona leaps onto the back of the truck, which promptly tries to squash her against the tunnel wall. Al drives Bonaparte in between the truck and the wall, but Bonaparte gets damaged badly in the process. Leona crawls along the top of the truck, enters the cab, and hits the brake. Suddenly another protection program kicks in, and the autopilot is enabled again.

The Mayor calls the Chief again, and asks him to blow up the truck. The chief stalls her, while Specs comes up with a plan. It looks as though the autopilot could be disabled if a shot is fired precisely though the front grille on the truck. Britain volunteers, and is helicoptered off to the tunnel exit.

Britain calls Leona, and gives her the plan. He takes aim, shoots... and hits! Leona slams on the brake, and the truck is stopped. Not without giving Britain a near death experience though.

Whilst everyone is celebrating, a car crosses over the bridge, and two shadowy figures discuss how their plan to decoy the Tank Police away from the harbour bust, with the rogue truck, has succeeded.

Episode 8

A police car is driving slowly through the smog. As the car passes Bonaparte, the driver leans out to talk to... one of the Puma sisters sat in the turret! However, the smog is very thick, and he mistakes her for Leona. The driver curses about the smog and the car drives away.

Back inside Bonaparte, the Pumas thank their luck, the thick smog, and the ineptitude of the police. One of them accidentally flicks a switch, and the tank goes out of control, racing off into the mist.

Meanwhile, Leona lies asleep in bed. She is woken by her minature Bonaparte alarm clock, and realises that she's late for work. At HQ, Al is doing his best to cover for her. Several of the Tank Police are watching the television, and see that Ed Morris, an old friend of Specs who just visited him recently, is wanted for possession of drugs. Specs is decidedly upset.

The two policemen who were in the patrol car in the first scene, arrive back at HQ. They mention something about seeing Leona out alone in Bonaparte. Al accidentally blurts out that Leona hasn't even got to work yet. Britain is furious, as Leona staggers in through the door. After a quick search of the garage, they find that Bonaparte is indeed missing.

The Chief is unhappy at the Tank Police losing one of their tanks, and sends Leona and Al out into the smog to look for it. After exhausting themselves, stumbling around in gasmasks, they chance upon the distinctive tracks of Bonaparte, etched into the road.

They follow the tracks to a flour warehouse, and clamber in through the roof. Not only do they find Bonaparte, but they see the Puma sisters, and a small band of thugs. The Pumas are busy counting out their money, while Leona and Al watch from above.

After they finish, the thugs threaten to shoot the Pumas... with a rocket. Leona is really mad, as she thinks that it might damage Bonaparte. She swings down, on a hook, lands on top of Bonaparte, draws her gun and tries to arrest everyone. The Pumas jump inside Bonaparte, and the thugs try to make the most of the distraction, but are thwarted when Al drops bags of flour on their heads.

Leona tells the Pumas to start up the tank, and drive off. As they crash around the warehouse, huge amounts of flour get spilled from the stacks of bags. Al jumps into Bonaparte's turret, and lands head first.

Eventually they grind to a halt. One of the Pumas takes a quick look outside, and spots the thugs, armed to the teeth. Leona tries to load a shell into Bonaparte's gun, but finds that the mechanism is jammed. The Pumas find a disk, that's causing the jam, but throw it away before Al an examine it.

Al tells Leona not to fire, as the explosion could ignite the air/flour mixture that's filling the warehouse. As the thugs try to bash their way into the tank, Bonaparte drives off, as it's crew try to knock everyone off the outside.

After picking himself up, one of the thugs finds the disk. However, another one fires a rocket at the escaping Bonaparte. The air/flour mixture ignites, and the warehouse is blown to bits. Bonaparte gets caught in the explosion, and is damaged. Anna drags Uni clear of the tank, before the Tank Police can arrive at the scene.

Episode 9

The Luftpanzer, a remote controlled version of the ratula, we saw in episode 5 sneaks past some security guards into a prison building and starts shooting. In the confusion, Mueller manages to escape.

Back at Tank Police HQ, there's total chaos going on. A huge crime wave has been reported all over the city. Britain, races out to the scen of one of the crimes and drives his tank into a bank, only to find that the criminals have got away. This pattern is repeated all over the city.

While Coldsman makes a tape of a Dai Nippon Giken board meeting containing some rather incriminating evidence against them, Leona and Al are busy chasing after the Puma sisters. They pose as dummies in a shop window to try to escape capture, but one of them sneezes and Leona catches them.

After attatching her suspects to the front of her tank using some quick setting foam, Leona interrogates them. Despite being caught utterly red handed they spin some tale about them chancing across the scene of the crime. Suddenly, Leona sees Mueller, and tells them to be quiet. One of them sneezes again, and Mueller notices. Leona chases after him, but he grabs a hostage (Coldsman!) and Leona is forced to let him escape.

Back at HQ, Sophie and the chief are the only ones left, and are utterly awash in phones. They then find that they Mayor's house is under attack by the Luftpanzer, and while it destroys all the armoured cars, the Tanks arrive just in time to save it.

Britain drives his tank up to block the door of the building. The Mayor gets injured during the fighting. Leona arrives with the Pumas still on the front of her tank.

While Britain fights a delaying action against the Luftpanzer, Leona sneaks the Mayor out in Bonaparte, and escapes just before the Mayor's house is destroyed by an atmospheric explosive shell.

The Luftpanzer chases after the fleeing Bonaparte. Al tries to escape by driving onto the underground railway, but they are still being followed, when they see an oncoming train. Al drives into a side passage, in which they destroy the Luftpanzer as it has little armour and no room in which to manoeuver.

Back at HQ, Al finds out how the crooks managed to escape, by superimposing a map of the city's sewer system onto the crime scenes, and the chief receives the tape of the Dai Nippon Giken board meeting. The police manage to round up all the crooks, but the Mayor is in hospital on a life support machine and isn't looking too good...

Episode 10

While the Mayor is recovering in Hospital, Coldsman sends out another Luftpanzer to finish her off. The tank police meanwhile surround the hospital and evacuate all the other patients. Al scans for a signal and eventually tracks it's source. Britain sends Leona and Al after the signal, whilst the rest of the Tank Police prepare to fight against the Luftpanzer.

Despite having numerous tanks and APCs present, the police are overwhelmed by the Luftpanzer's inital onslaught. Unusually, the tank seems to be playing around with them, rather than just going straight for it's target.

Meanwhile, Leona and Al track down the source of the signal to a foreign embassy. Inside Coldsman is showing off to his shadowy new employers. It appears that he already had plans long before Dai Nippon Giken gave him the boot.

After a prortracted battle, the Luftpanzer finally decides to go in for the kill. However, Britain had been carfully following their tactics, and he uses this to strike where and when the tank is most vulnerable. Just before it is about to fire another Atmospheric Explosive shell, they pound away at it's stablizer unit. It keels over and collapses.

Saved from another near death experience, the Mayor wakes up. The chief advises her on the situation and she narrowly manages to avoid a relapse. Al and leona wait with Bonaparte, for something to happen, as they can't enter the Embassy building without violating diplomatic immunity.

After the Luftpanzer is destroyed, Coldsman decides it's time to make his getaway. As he leaves the Embassy, his Limo passes Leona and Al in Bonaparte. Al is busy talking to the Chief on the radio, but Leona notices Coldsman, and remembers her brainwashing experience during epidose six.

Al and Leona set off after the Limo. The Chief tries to call them back but to no avail. He asks Britain to help, but he's long past being able to control them.

Eventually, Leona gets the Limo to pull over by the roadsize. She rushes up towards it, but Al notices that Coldsman is about to shoot her. He dives infront of her and stops her from getting shot but gets wounded himself.

While Leona is tending to Al's wound, they drive off again. On arriving at the airport, Coldsman boards a plane prepared for an immediate take-off. Al drives Bonaparte crashing through the fences and chases after the plane. The plane gets clean away, but in a last ditch effort, Leona manages to shoot it down with Bonaparte's vulcan guns!

Several days later, when Al get's back out of hospital, things are a bit more normal. However he is whisked away by Leona to chase after the Puma sisters once more...
